U-Ploid Biotechnologies Ltd Accessibility Statement

U-Ploid Biotechnologies Ltd is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible. We want everyone to be able to find, understand and use our content, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA.

1. How we design for accessibility

We strive to write clear copy, use headings and lists sensibly, provide meaningful link text, supply alternative text for informative images, maintain sufficient colour contrast, and ensure that pages are usable with a keyboard, screen reader and screen magnifier. The site is designed to work on modern desktop and mobile browsers and to remain readable when users increase text size or zoom the page.

2. Current level of compliance

Based on our latest review, the website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working through a remediation plan and welcome feedback (details below).

While we work to full compliance, you may encounter issues such as:

• Some older or decorative images lacking optimal alternative text.
• Downloadable files (e.g. PDFs) that are not fully tagged for screen readers.
• Third-party embeds (for example, video players, maps or social media widgets) that we do not control and which may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA.

3. What we're doing to improve

We run periodic checks using a combination of automated tools and manual testing of representative pages and components. Accessibility is considered in our content and design processes, and new content is created with accessible patterns (proper headings, labels, focus order, alt text and table structure). Where practical we prefer accessible HTML pages over PDFs; if a PDF is necessary, we will provide an accessible version on request.

This statement was prepared on 27 August 2025 and was last reviewed on the same date. The website was tested using a combination of automated auditing and manual checks by people familiar with assistive technologies. We review this statement regularly and whenever we make a significant change to the site.

This website relies on standard web technologies, HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript, to work with current web browsers and assistive technologies. Using an up-to-date browser will provide the best experience.
